Shipping Policy


GENERAL SHIPPING
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • Some items may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?
  • UK based In-stock orders normally ship within 3-5 business days.
  • Some products come from different suppliers so if you've ordered a few different products, they might arrive in different packages. Some items are sent from outside the U.K, so please allow 15-30 business days for the items to arrive.
  • We are always trying to improve the shipping conditions, and many times we pay extra for faster shipping, but eventually it depends on our suppliers and the handling companies.
  • Standard UK shipping takes 5-8 business days
TRACKING

    An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). Tracking is not available on Royal Mail(UK)International Standard and Economy.

    SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

    Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and may ship separately.

    SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

    Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

    ADDRESS CHANGES

    Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing so please make sure you enter the correct details.

    The products will be delivered to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. 

     UNITED KINGDOM/EUROPE SHIPPING

    • For orders to the United Kingdom and Europe, we offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
    • We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We welcome all our customers from around the world.

    For some items Free Worldwide Shipping option is available, please check the product page before check out.

    If Free Worldwide Shipping isn't mentioned on product page - the item is to be shipped from our UK based warehouse. If the item shipped from UK we offer International Standard Shipping Service to all European countries, plus USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, BUT some of the countries may need Registered Post International Service, we will contact you if this option applied to your order.

    We have various warehouses in UK, USA, China etc . If delivery time shows 2-4 weeks in product page which means these items most likely to be shipped from  outside of UK.

    Like our domestic shipping, we use Royal Mail to send our wares internationally. Due to customs, we cannot estimate delivery times.

     

    EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • Our Express shipping offers door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 5-10 business days after shipment from the UK. It may take 10 -15 business days from outside the UK
    INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY SHIPPING
    • International Economy Shipping is available for most of our products but there may be some restrictions on certain products like watch etc, please check with our Support Team.
    • Orders shipped using Economy Shipping may take up to 15-25 business days for delivery; tracking is limited. Please note that orders shipped via Economy Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment.

    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    We are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses, also we are no longer shipping to Philippines and China, South Sudan.

      IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXATION
      • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
      • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges,
      • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
      • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
      • Welsh Treasure does not estimate any fees, taxes or duties which may be payable in your country. Please refer to the application law in your jurisdiction.
